Who we are
- before we were consultants we were managers and executives leading teams to deliver results.Founded in 1985
in the UK by Peter Jolly as ARETE Training and Development, the 25 person team worked with clients throughout the UK, Europe and in the USA. In 2010 the business was re-named CONSULT ARETE to coincide with opening an office in the USA.Our experience
comes from working with many different organizations, of varying sizes, in diverse industries with multiple challenges.Sometimes we work alone with a client, while other situations suit a team approach.
One of us is always lead consultant responsible for managing the whole program and working very closely with the client.
What we do
