The CONSULT ARETE

business plan process breaks down the high level corporate aims into a manageable number of tangible goals each with specific performance targets and prioritized action plans for each function and team.

Through a series of involvement workshops we secure the buy-in of teams by refining the business plan, agreeing priorities and identifying solutions to challenging goals.

We coach teams in how to use this living process as their Visible Management System through which performance is measured against results desired and improvement actions implemented.

Typically we work with an organization over a 2 year period until the process is established and in-company staff are able to sustain it.
