Leadership is more about people than process and while leaders in most organizations have to be good managers first, those who have the skill to listen and understand, to encourage, motivate and inspire others, are the leaders who create teams which always deliver more than they thought possible.

Whatever the level of the leader our role is to develop their understanding and expertise by combining ‘soft’ people skills and ‘hard’ management processes, enabling them to get the best from their teams.

There are three levels of CONSULT ARETE leadership programs for executives, middle managers and first-line team leaders.

The content of each reflects the type of leadership issues facing participants.

All programs have a strong emphasis on providing practical tools that can be used in the workplace. Many people learn best through experience and all of our leadership programs use experiential learning, indoors and outdoors, as well as current best practice in leadership and management principles, behavioral understanding, and in-company follow-up.

Typical leadership programs are either a facilitated residential, three-day event with a one-day follow-up or they are delivered as a modular approach of half-day in-company workshops.
